Elizabeth who goes by Libby, joined our team in June 2020. With over 30 hears in professional office management positions and a strong background in high volume, high pressure environments, Libby manages administrative duties and patient relations for Grand Strand Vision Services.
As the Patient Care Coordinator, Libby is the friendly voice greeting you when you call. She ensures the smooth operation of the front office with her robust knowledge of scheduling, medical records, insurance authorizations, patient inquiries and the need for timely access to the services being provided.
